coloringfromphoto.com is operated by Andrii Bondar, a sole trader based in Denmark ("we", "us"). This page explains what data we handle and why. We keep it short on purpose.

What we collect

• Email address and the optional note you add when you join early access. We use it only to tell you when the product opens and to ask about your needs.
• Photos you upload (once the product is live): used only to generate your coloring page, then deleted automatically. We do not sell them, train models on them, or share them.
• Basic, anonymous traffic stats (page views). No advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

• Uploaded photos and generated files are deleted automatically within 30 days.
• Your email stays until you ask us to remove it.

Who processes it

We use third-party providers to run the service: a form/email provider for the waitlist, an image-processing API to generate coloring pages, and our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) which acts as Merchant of Record. Each processes data only to deliver their part of the service.

Your rights (GDPR)

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time. Email bondar_andriy@ukr.net and we'll handle it.
